We had a great experience, in a world where things are delayed due to covid, they received our carpeting within a few weeks of it being ordered and then came out to install shortly thereafter - the carpet looks great, they were clean, quick and knowledgable.  We had a question during the installation about whether or not we should carpet the landing on our stairs.  The owner came to our home within 15 minutes of us calling him, to talk through it with us and his expert knowledge made the decision as easy one.  Their customer service, products and professionalism are wonderful!

Top notch work at a great price.   We got something like 8 estimates for replacing some hardwood floors, refinishing others at our house.  Prices ranged from under $10,000 to over $25,000 (our house is about 3,000 square feet and hardwood is in every room except the baths).  Mike at Carpet Central was the most responsive professional we dealt with and he was very flexible, too.  He gave us various options at various prices and NEVER tried to sell us up or push us. When we finally decided what we wanted to do, he gave us the best quote on that, too.
